what's your fear

I believe myself have the capability to fulfill something pretty good , but have never been able to overcome the fear of speaking to the crowd , even if it is just making a presentation in front of my friends and classmates . When I was a child ,I'm too shy a girl ,fear to speak to the teacher and not good at express myself .Now ,some improvment have been make ,I could communicate with my friends freely as I want ,but when stand in front of any people to say something ,or make some introduction a little formly ,I am still too nervous to speak .It seems that have become one of my nature . I don't like it .I have been try hard to change the situation ,but it won't work. Do you fear of something ? |

| I think that sometimes we need to challenge ourselves,nomatter how difficult the fear is.In some cases,you can find that our inner fear is just a little thing which we can overcome completely. |

I have the some stiuation of you.i think speak to the mirror is a effect way to improve yourself.besides, when you feel nervous before a speech,you can try to push the wall,it's really usefully.you can overcome it.Good luck to you! |

some tips may help: 1. keep smile while doing the presentation. (even if it is fake,better from your heart) 2. looking into others' eyes while succeeding to offer opt 1.(I think you will be repaid the smile from other crews,then increase the confidence.) 3. Give yourself some psychological hints:the persons in the team are thirsty to hear your points and they never harm you inspite of your faults. hope to help |

I think the best way for you to overcome such fear is to try as many as possible. When you provide presentation more, you will be accustomed to this way and fear or pudency would leave you. Besides, every time before your presentation, just tell yourself you can do it and you are the best. Self-suggestion is a beneficial way to improve your confidence. |

| Well, I totally understand your problem. I used to get nervous when speaking in front of the audience. But through lots of practice, I ended up overcoming it. I suggest you grasp every opportunity to practise your speech skills and it will work out some time. |

| there is no suprising that every one has his or her own inner fear. the matter is that how can you overcome it, just try to do a bite everytime, then you will make through it, you will laugh at what you have feared for at that time. so just move on, things gona change. |

 i must admit every time when i give a presentation in front of many people, i am very very nervous,  i try to calm down, but it never works  maybe i need more practice, and maybe i should more brave~  |

| yeah,no one is perfect.everyone has his fear.what i fear is like yours,but not exactually.i fear speaking in the front of the people i like and every time i will be red in the face obviously.i try hard not to be that but unsuccessful. for a long time , i avoid the situation ,and even avoid meeting the perpson i like .gradually i find it the mentality we have cause this problem .so just do not think too much when you do it and you willl overcome that . i can and i think you can too. |

| From my perspective,at the first stage ,you should learn how to be confident ,just think you can do it very well. At the second stage, learn how to do a outgoing girl,just often chatting with your classmate or co-workers,friends and your relatives. after many tries,you will find that you have be a outgoing girl.At the last stage,before you standing in front of the crowd,tell yourself you are very nervous,you are very nervous, and do a deep breathing.OK, please remember you are the leading role.You are the lord of yourself. haha... don't be shy. |
