[交流] what's your fear

I believe  myself have the capability to fulfill something  pretty good , but have never been able to overcome the fear of speaking to the crowd , even if it is just making a presentation in front of my friends and classmates .
When I was a child ,I'm too shy a girl ,fear to speak to the teacher and not good at express myself .Now ,some improvment have been make ,I could communicate with my friends  freely as I want ,but when stand in front of any people to say something ,or make some introduction a little formly ,I am still too nervous to speak .It seems that have become one of my nature .
I don't like it .I have been try hard to change the situation ,but it won't work.

Do you  fear of something ?

some tips may help:
1. keep smile while doing the presentation. (even if it is fake,better from your heart)
2. looking into others' eyes while succeeding to offer opt 1.(I think you will be repaid the smile from other crews,then increase the confidence.)
3. Give yourself some psychological hints:the persons in the team are thirsty to hear your points and they never harm you inspite of your faults.
