[交流] what's your fear

I believe  myself have the capability to fulfill something  pretty good , but have never been able to overcome the fear of speaking to the crowd , even if it is just making a presentation in front of my friends and classmates .
When I was a child ,I'm too shy a girl ,fear to speak to the teacher and not good at express myself .Now ,some improvment have been make ,I could communicate with my friends  freely as I want ,but when stand in front of any people to say something ,or make some introduction a little formly ,I am still too nervous to speak .It seems that have become one of my nature .
I don't like it .I have been try hard to change the situation ,but it won't work.

Do you  fear of something ?

And, before the presentation, you should be very familiar with what you will talk with. Look at the eyes of the audience, to detemine how you should do it. 2013-03-16 01:50:36

I think the best way for you to overcome such fear is to try as many as possible. When you provide presentation more, you will be accustomed to this way and fear or pudency would leave you.

Besides, every time before your presentation, just tell yourself you can do it and you are the best. Self-suggestion is a beneficial way to improve your confidence.
