1.Introduction:
The 3rd International Conference on Sensor and the Internet of Things (SIOT 2013)，which is co-sponsored by  National Cheng Kung University(Taiwan), and International Association of Management Science & Engineering Technology (IAMSET) (Hong Kong)，will be held in Tainan City, Taiwan Province, China during September 13-15, 2013. The conference will provide a high-profile, leading-edge forum for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to present state-of-art advances and innovations in theoretical foundations, systems, infrastructure, tools, testbeds, and applications for Sensor and Internet of Things, as well as to identify emerging research topics and define the future.

2.Pulications:
All accepted papers will be published on the international journal, including but not limited to: Advances in Information Sciences and Service Sciences (AISS), Journal of Convergence Information Technology (JCIT), International Journal of Digital Content Technology and its Applications (JDCTA) and indexed by EI (Journal Article).
