第一次填国外的copyright form，不知道理解得对不对，下面图中是其中需要填的部分，
我的理解是在
“I am one of [insert number] co-authors of the Article and confirm ....”前打对号；
其它的都不用打勾了，因为作者就我和导师两人，基金是教育部的项目。
不太明白第二个图中，“singed：”自然是签名，“Name Printed”该填什么呀？
“Title and company（if employer representative）：”不用填，“Date：”就填日期就可以。不知道上面这么理解对不对，还请填过的指点一下？
