The following link will display the form: http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/ ... dnmKn2JNY4GhS6CY4T4 Once signed you may either upload the form directly by going to http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/csiro-sr , logging in and clicking the Submitted Manuscripts link in your Author Centre. Your submitted papers will then be displayed and there is a Browse button to select the signed form and upload it.
