生物体的生命活动能受到静电场的影响，影响结果一般可分为2个方面：1）正效应，即使生物体的新陈代谢功能加强，体内各种酶的活力增加；2）负效应，即使生物体的新陈代谢功能减弱，体内各种酶的活力受到抑制；甚至死亡， 从大量的试验结果来看，高压静电场对于食品的保鲜，实际上是利用电场负效应的作用，使有食品中的细菌代谢功能减弱，甚至死亡，延长了食品的保鲜期。 Every biology can be affected by the electrostatic field.
