There aren't many Uyghur in Hubei. Perhaps the Nang I was talking about is different from the Xinjiang Nang.
We don't often buy pissa. It is fast food. I like McDonalds even more than pissa
Never visited US before. Hope I can get a change to attend a conference there.

i don't like Nang,but the dapanji is very delicious.chicken,potatoes and peppers in it. when all of this was eaten up,some noodles was added,that's my favorite.

The name for a food.
It seems there is not such a word in dictionary, but we can creat it.

i will try nang when i have a travelling to XinJiang. but it sounds like baked wheaten cake in our town , in ShanDong province. Maybe they are the same food.

Jianbing guozi is one of my favorite snacks. One lady from Lingyi sells this near our home.
