康塔吸附仪的问题求助Autosorb-1 已有1人参与

样品脱气处理的那一步正常，但是到了分析样品进行气体吸附时，设好条件，点击“start”时就提示 "Could not initialize. Autosorb is either busy or there is a communication problem "。大家有没有遇到过这样的问题啊？ 我重新启动机器，重新处理样品，反复好多次，都不管用，有没有高手指导下，谢谢啦 |

我们目前也遇到了该问题，而且已经联系了quantachrome，field service engineer分析后称这种情况必须预约该公司的service，具体问题为仪器无法识别10 torr压力传感器，导致仪器将自己识别为ANYGAS INSTRUMENT，然而软件设置为chemisorb，你按start的时候软件将错误的设置数据传输给仪器，导致仪器无法正常运行。 你可以在软件开启的情况下重新启动仪器，同时打开monitor instrument, 看看上边是显示仪器自己识别为anygas intrument. 或者仪器是不是有其他warning. 或者如果你们可以预约quantachrome的service，我们也可以交换联系方式来交流更多信息。 |

1) check if the communication cable is OK. Try to use new one. 2 If the cable is Ok, then check if the software is corrupted. 3) Some operations take a long time to complete such as changing the adsorbate inlet to a different port. If the user issues another command during operations such as this, a communications error may occur. To resolve, try waiting for previous operations to complete. A system restart may be required. 3) If it is not the above problems, then check if it is due to the over-pressurization. Remove the sample cell or stainless steel dowel from one or more of the sample stations to allow the excess pressure to dissipate. Then try again. |
