半夏属植物都有一定的毒性，使用时多用其炮制品来缓解毒性，但在传统汤剂中多选用生品，以生半夏最多。《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中用生半夏的方剂共有46方，其中内服汤剂37方，广泛用于外感病、杂病和妇科病中(Ma and Li, 2012). 很多以半夏为主药的方剂沿用至今并在临床上得到了广泛的应用。很多经典名方中也含有半夏 请各位高手帮忙翻译一下！！谢谢！！ |
