Innovative food science and emerging technologies参考文献怎么写？

第一次写英文文章，预投稿 Innovative food science and emerging technologies杂志，不知道有没有投过该期刊，审稿快吗？容易被接收吗？ 另外在撰写过程中，我发现该杂志文中引用他人文献时，有时将作者全部列出（如and mouth-feel of the meat products（Tassou, Galiatsatou, Samaras & Mallidis, 2007).），而有时又仅列出一位作者后加et al（如achieving high water binding capacity and improved texture ( Chen et al., 2006）. 请问什么时候应该全部列出，什么时候简写，没有一个标准吗？ 请各位大牛指点，不胜感激。 |
