È»¶ø³ýÁËÖØ½ðÊôÒÔÍâ,´óÁ¿µÄÆäËü»¯Ñ§ÎÛȾÎïÒѱ»Ö¤ÊµÍ¬Ñù»áÒýÆð¿¹Ñõ»¯Ã¸»îÐԵı仯,Òò´ËÉúÎïÌåÖп¹Ñõ»¯Ã¸»îÐÔµÄÓ°ÏìÒòËØºÜ¶à¡£ ·Ò룺However, except for heavy metals£¬a large number of other chemical contaminants have been proven to be account for the changes of antioxidant enzyme activities,and thus the factors affecting the antioxidant enzyme anctivities are numerous . ÊÂʵÉÏÔåÀàÔÚпвÆÈϲ»½ö¿¹Ñõ»¯Ã¸»îÐÔ·¢Éú±ä»¯,½ðÊôÁòµ°°×(metallothionein)¼°¹Èë׸ÊëÄ(glutathiose)µÈÎïÖÊÒ²»áÊܵ½Ó°Ïì¡£ ·Ò룺In fact not only there are changes in the antioxidant enzyme activities of the algae, but also impacts on metalothionein and glutathiose and other substances under the stress of Zinc. ¹Ê±¾ÊµÑéͨ¹ý¹Û²ì²»Í¬Å¨¶ÈпвÆÈÏ¿¹Ñõ»¯Ã¸ÏµÍ³ÖÐ SOD¡¢POD»îÐԵı仯ÒÔ¼°½ðÊôÁòµ°°×µÄº¬Á¿±ä»¯,ÒÔÑо¿ÔåÀàÔÚпвÆÈϵÄÉúÎïѧÏìÓ¦¡£ ·Ò룺Therefore£¬this experiment investigated on the biological response of the algae under the stress of Zinc by observing the changes of SOD , POD activities and the variation of the content of metallothionein in antioxidant enzyme system under different concentrations of zinc stress |
