目前,国内外许多学者对微藻重金属胁迫下的抗氧化酶活性研究做了大量工作,有学者认为可以将超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)、过氧化物酶(peroxidise, POD)等抗氧化酶作为监测重金属污染的生物指标。
翻译：At present，lots of works have been done on the antioxidant enzyme activities of microalgae under the stresses of heavy metals by many scholars at home and abroad ，and some scholars suggested that SOD、POD and other antioxidant enzymes as the bio-indicators for monitoring the pollution of heavy metals .
然而除了重金属以外,大量的其它化学污染物已被证实同样会引起抗氧化酶活性的变化,因此生物体中抗氧化酶活性的影响因素很多。
翻译：However, except for heavy metals，a large number of other chemical contaminants have been proven to be account for the changes of antioxidant enzyme activities,and thus the factors affecting the antioxidant enzyme anctivities are numerous .
事实上藻类在锌胁迫下不仅抗氧化酶活性发生变化,金属硫蛋白(metallothionein)及谷胱甘肽(glutathiose)等物质也会受到影响。
翻译：In fact not only there are changes in the antioxidant enzyme activities of the algae, but also impacts on metalothionein and glutathiose and other substances under the stress of Zinc.
故本实验通过观察不同浓度锌胁迫下抗氧化酶系统中 SOD、POD活性的变化以及金属硫蛋白的含量变化,以研究藻类在锌胁迫下的生物学响应。
