NAMD安装中的nanotubes.conf文件如何编写

各位大侠，请教在NAMD安装中需要的nanotubes.conf文件如何编写啊，我需要做分子对接（蛋白与配体之间），有没有哪位大侠帮忙指点一下，或者模版或者帮编写下 感谢万分啊！急求啊（昨天写了一个关于安装的求助帖，当时找到了相关资料，而且帖子还没有人回答就选择了让斑竹删了，但是在请求删除到删除的过程中有位仁兄回复了，再次对那位仁兄说抱歉啊） |

安装的话不需要.conf文件的，只要解压就行了 .conf文件是跑分子动力学的参数文件，包括了各种参数信息 建议你先看一下NAMD的教程，论坛里面有中文版的 http://muchong.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=3516164 |
