the north do not know the  cool of the south . i come from the north, and live in the south. i feel the south is colder than the north.

I think it all depends on where the "south" here means.If it means the places like Guang Zhou,Hai Nan and so on,where the weather is always warm ,I think these areas should not be centrally heated as there is no need.While,in some places which is not so "south",like Hang Zhou,and Su Zhou, winter is really cold and snow always comes.These places need to  be centrally heated.

i live in the north ,so i have not the feeling that the sountherner suffer in winter . but i wish they would have a warm winter .

I don't aggree that the south be centrally heated. This will make a huge waste of coal, due to the south won't be cold all the time in winter. In the warm days of winter, the boiler will be burned also. But we can give some alternative methods to warm the house in winter, such as, air conditioner, gas stove, etc.
