I don't aggree that the south be centrally heated. This will make a huge waste of coal, due to the south won't be cold all the time in winter. In the warm days of winter, the boiler will be burned also. But we can give some alternative methods to warm the house in winter, such as, air conditioner, gas stove, etc.
