[交流] Do you support that the South should be centrally heated?

I think it all depends on where the "south" here means.If it means the places like Guang Zhou,Hai Nan and so on,where the weather is always warm ,I think these areas should not be centrally heated as there is no need.While,in some places which is not so "south",like Hang Zhou,and Su Zhou, winter is really cold and snow always comes.These places need to be centrally heated.
