投过Acta Materialia的虫子们来看看编辑这么回复个咋办啊？？？

如题。。。。。。 Dear XXX, Thank you for submitting your above-mentioned paper to Acta Materialia. The journal receives far more papers than it can accommodate. In order to meet the page limit for the journal, only about one-third of the manuscripts can be accepted. Hence, only manuscripts which meet the following criteria can be considered for review and subsequent publication: - the research must be central for the scope of Acta Materialia, - the paper must be submitted in the form required by Acta Materialia standards, see the Guide for Authors: http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find ... /authorinstructions - must be written in proper English grammar and satisfactory syntax. I am returning your manuscript because: - it is only peripheral for the scope of Acta Materialia. I suggest that you submit your manuscript to a more relevant journal, e.g. , Surf. Coat. Technol.; J.
