在http://www.mdpi.com/journal/sens ... griculture_forestry 看到sensor杂志有个special issue征稿，但其中有这么一句话：Welcome will be all authors invited to submit an extended paper to this special issue from the First International Conference on Robotics and associated High-technologies and Equipment (www.rhea-conference.eu/2012). Extension of papers will be at least 50%.
按照这个意思，是只接收这个会议的稿件吗？如果没投这个会议而直接投SI的话可以吗？
