| 次日输液部位出现直径约2 cm水疱，其后水疱破溃，患处皮肤溃烂坏死，结黑色硬痂。给予换药，壳聚糖水胶体敷贴患处，氨基酸等营养支持治疗。治疗约1个月后，患处皮肤溃烂逐渐愈合。 |

| A blister of 2 cm diameter/A blister with a 2 cm diameter occurred at the infusion site the next day. Then the blister broke, and the affected skin festered to necrosis and appeared as black crust. Aqueous gel of chitosan was applied on the affected skin with amino acid as back up cure. After one month's treatment, the ulcerate recovered gradually. |
