| A blister with a 2 cm diameter occurred at the infusion site the next day. Then the blister broke, and the affected skin festered to necrosis and appeared as black crust. Aqueous gel of chitosan was applied on the affected skin with amino acid as back up cure. After one month's treatment, the ulcerate recovered gradually. |
