第一次投OSA的文章，投了之后编辑给我回信，已经进入评审阶段了。但是关于版权转让协议，回复了一段话，没看懂，求高人指点。
If you indicated that a signed Transfer of Copyright Agreement will be returned to OSA, please be sure to mail or fax us a copy of the form. The form can be found on the Optics Letters website at http://www.opticsinfobase.org/ol/journal/ol/author.cfm.
我在投稿的时候已经网上同意他们的版权协议了，他回复的意思还需要在给他发一份吗？
