The CFD simulation of the syphoning effect is interestingG and the concepts presented in my opinion can warrant publication。However the quality of the paper especially in terms of literature review and background information all require much improvement in order to meet the minimum requirements of the journal。 In addition to this as a minor issue the standard of English requires some improvement。

In my opinion article contains some interesting data. However the article is written in very unclear manner. English is very poor, sometimes it is absolutely unclear what authors are trying to say.
