proof 时加了一个作者，现在编辑给我以下信息，该怎么办

In order to implement this change and to meet both the ethical and legal requirements, we will require the following information from you: · The reason the addition should be made. · Written confirmation (email, fax, letter) from the other coauthor(s) of your article stating that they agree with the addition of author.
