文章在proof时更改了作者次序，如何回执编辑？

由于种种原因，我把通讯和第二作者的次序更改了，后来编辑给我回了一封信如下： I am contacting you regarding the article SCT 17806. We have received your request to change the corresponding author name and re-order the author list to the accepted article SCT 17806. In order to implement this change and to meet both ethical and legal requirements, we require the following information: •The reason the name should be changed and re-ordered • Written confirmation (email, fax, letter) from all authors that they agree with the change. Please be aware that publication of your accepted manuscript will be suspended until we have confirmation that authorship has been agreed. It would be great if you could send your response by today September 11, 2012 to expedite the publication for the above mentioned article. 我主要是不太明白第二点，叫我回执什么“文字性的确认”，我是需要让所有作者分别给编辑发一封信已示确认，还是扫描一张纸质的附带所有作者的签名确认信？请各位大虾赐教！O(∩_∩)O谢谢！！！ |
