staying up late at night  and burning mid-night oil is never new at instuitions of CAMS. I am a sleepiness.How long do I sleep a day?let me say, there is no the longest, only longer.This pricinple is working especially well during vacation. Sleeping is one of my favouite way to relax. For me, the lure to go to bed earlier is an incentive to improve work efficiency. Besides, taking a nap during the day is my habit, too. Well, not a very good one when preparing for TOEFL (BT test, long hours to finish)

it depends on poersonal habit. besides, sleeping time is not a standard to evaluate whether you have relaxed yourself. may be 4 hours deep sleeping is enough for someone.

as a student, i have more freedom time to sleep,.but every morning,about seven or eight clock,i will wake up naturally and can't sleep any more.after lunch, i usually feel very sleepy and can't do any thing, so i have to rest for at least half an hour. the total sleep hours is eight hours,do you consider the habit healthy?deer worms,give me some advice.
