For me it is always 7 or 8 hours. Usually I go to bed until 23 o'clock. At weekend I often sleep in.
I know it is not a good habit. Today i need an earlier sleep.

For me, my sleeping duration is round from 22:00 to 6:00, but as a father of a baby, I have to get up 3 to 4 time in middle. So now I came to the status: Falling into sleep anytime. (Sui Yu er An)

About 8 hours at night, and half an hour to an hour at noon. That's too much ,huh. But it's still too tough for me to get up at 8:00 in the morning.
