[交流] 【weekly topic】How long do you sleep every day?


   
       How many hours of sleep are enough?  The traditional statement is :an adult should sleep eight hours a day which takes one third of a day and the child and teenager’s sleeping time should be longer.


   But, as far as we know from the internet, Seven hours’ sleeping is enough for adults and the time is more advantageous for health. While those who sleep less than seven hours have more risk suffering from cardiovascular diseases. At the same time, loss of sleep increases the traffic accidents.


   Even you want to pay more time to study harder or to work better,you have to know that: To be without good rest is to be without good health;to be without health is to be without the basic to fight for brighter future or enjoy life . However, you had better not sleep as long as you want ! It is not just wasting your precious life time , it also dose nothing good to your body.


   So, Let us get start to cultivate the good habit of sleeping and working time. Keeping sleeping at least seven to eight hours a day .Then you will feel constitutionally energetic and keep cheering up.
