sometimes I sleep 7 hours ,the other times I sleep more than 8 hours,it's hard to calculate the accurate sleeping time.

Well, truth ro be told,I don\'t really value much of the idea that more sleep counts for better energy or better health. In most cases, I sleep 7 to 8 hours a day, regardlless of those extra naps I ocasionally take at noon, I can still get exausted at certain time. But, as long as I have my love by my side, I would keep at the high efficiency of working.

I'm fully agreed with ysm56789. I think both sleep time and sleep efficiency are the two major factors that affect people's sleeping, and they can complement each other in a certain range.As far as I'm concerned, the model of 7.5h + 0.5h is a great choice.

yes,sometimes it's rearlly hard for us to get the standard sleeptime.however ,wheather the enough sleeptime for the body itself willl be changed by ours lifestyle is unkowned or not certain.
