ÒÔǰÎÒÊÇÕÕÕâ¸ö·½·¨×öµÃ All enzymes assayed in this work were extracted from the hairy roots with an extraction buffer of 50 mM Tris¨CHCl, 10 mM ¦Â-mercaptoethanol, 1% (w/v) polyvinylpyrrolidone and pH7.5. The roots were ground in the extraction buffer (1 g FW/mL) for 5 min with a pestle and mortar on ice, followed by centrifugation at 14,000 rpm and 4¡ãC for 30 min to obtain a solids-free extract. The protein content was determined by the Bradford method using bovine serum albumin as a standard. |
