I'm unsatisfied with everything

| I'm always anxiety, easy angry about people, and this make the one who love me also unhappy, and I also hurt the person's feeling. I'm unsatisfied about my job, my English, my figure. I'm so tired. |

The things that you want are too many,when you can't get them or others can't satisfy your requirements,you will feel unhappy.For the person who around you,you may be a person who are difficult to get along with.Keep relax,it's good for you and good for everyone around you. |

Sit back and relax, when you expect other people's attention but cannot get it, try to think about why is that so... Give but do not expect return... you will feel much happier if not stick to something remember to smile everyday and keep yourself in good mood. and soon you will find things get done much easier than before, because no one like to help you with angry face. but it is hard to refuse a smiling face. Don't you think so ?  |

| This is a normal phenomenon. Each of us, to a greater or less extent, is confronting a hard life. My suggestion is that try to think in other people's perspective as much as u can. wish u a good mood everyday! |

I could understand your feeling. It appears true that we are always not satisfied with our current situations. I am one of them either. But I think there is a reason behind of the anger and anxiety. As long as the problem is there, bad mood wouldn't go easy. Nobody doesn't know the rules, however we are still inevitable to be the victim of bad mood, hurting the ones who love us. We must be good at exchange our ideas with others, otherwise it is so easy to misunderstand and bring troubles. Wish you could get rid of the unhappy things as soon as possible. Good luck! |
