[交流] I'm unsatisfied with everything

I'm always anxiety, easy angry about people, and this make the one who love me also unhappy, and I also hurt the person's feeling. I'm unsatisfied about my job, my English, my figure. I'm so tired.

I could understand your feeling. It appears true that we are always not satisfied with our current situations. I am one of them either. But I think there is a reason behind of the anger and anxiety. As long as the problem is there, bad mood wouldn't go easy. Nobody doesn't know the rules, however we are still inevitable to be the victim of bad mood, hurting the ones who love us. We must be good at exchange our ideas with others, otherwise it is so easy to misunderstand and bring troubles.
Wish you could get rid of the unhappy things as soon as possible.
