I could understand your feeling. It appears true that we are always not satisfied with our current situations. I am one of them either. But I think there is a reason behind of the anger and anxiety. As long as the problem is there, bad mood wouldn't go easy. Nobody doesn't know the rules, however we are still inevitable to be the victim of bad mood, hurting the ones who love us. We must be good at exchange our ideas with others, otherwise it is so easy to misunderstand and bring troubles.
Wish you could get rid of the unhappy things as soon as possible.

If you don't like what you have now,there are two ways to change.The one  is  that shut up and do everything you want and like or you used to want to do but never do,and the other one is  that give up everything you have,but you should think carefully whether you can face   the future life after that.
and if you can't change your life and job,just fit.
This is just my thinking, only referring for you.
