Tenders are required to fullly inform and satisfy themselves by their own independent observations and enquiries,(including where appropriate site visits and inspection of any drawings and data supplied for the purpose of tendering,as well as inspection of any documents and data or information which a reasonably experienced contractor or any contractor could be expected to have or to have obtained whether through any reasonable additional enquiry which the tenderer could have been expected to undertake as a result of detailed visual inspection of the site or obtainable as a result of inspection of publicly available documentation including any published materials or materials available for inspection on requset from local authorities or similar bodies,or of information available from the Purchaser) as to the nature ,extent and practicability of the Works.
