2. CAVITY WALL CONSTRUCTION
Cavity wall construction to be executed in the following areas, as per drawings: Production building, technical/ energy building.
The cavity wall construction for the exterior walls has to be executed in aluminum-trapezoidal sheet metal, thickness= 1mm. The wave profile dimensions can be requested via the Project Management and measured on a sample sheet metal during clarification meeting.

Insulation material to be executed as: pressed panels, thickness = according to heat-insulation-calculation, but has to fulfill minimum thermal resistance of 0.40, meaning = minimum thickness 14cm, rigid material, with moisture proof layer.

Rockwool (Roxul)
Insulation material to be screwed on to distance-profiles, including all fittings, weather groove/ plate with lug pattern/ window drip, corner angle-metal sheets/ corner-surrounding metal-sheets, window- and door-corner metal-sheets. All corner sheeting has to be without butt joints. The aluminum-trapezoidal sheet metal has to have a finished top-coating, color: RAL 1002 – sand yellow. PVDF coated (thickness =min 45 μm). All visible elements with PVDF coating.
The external sun-louvers have to be considered when mounting the external façade panels.
The internal horizontal steel panels to be continuously galvanized on both sides, thickness= 1mm, including a PVDF plastic-coating RAL 9002 (thickness =min 25 μm), mounted on continuously galvanized Z-shaped distance-profiles of a minimum thickness= 1,25mm, including a vapor-permeable foil layer which has to be applied over the total insulation area.
Façade panels to be executed as cross joints (overlapping), the building corners to be executed positive.
