grouting method forming is usually useed in sanitary ceramics products. The traditional grouting method is to pure mud into the mould,then with the aid of mould capillary suction,the mud is dewated and form the body.In order to improve the forming rate,high pressure injection forming process arises at the historic moment.With the development of production,operating pressure in high pressure injection forming is always rising,almostly reaching 20MPa.Mud particle move to the mold working face and in turn deposit in grouting process,forming a certain intensity of body.The appearance of high pressure grouting molding process request the mold need more higher compressive strength.The traditional gypsum mould have large surface aperture,easily blocked,poor water separation performance and low strength,so it can not meet the needs of the production of the high pressure grouting.Therefor,it is very important to research and development new mould material,and the compressive strength is the best indicators of its applicability. |
