[求助] 求助汉译英,专业术语可用中文代替

卫生陶瓷产品一般都用注浆的方法成形。传统的注浆方法是将泥浆注入模具中,借助模具的毛细管吸力,把泥浆中的一部分水脱出从而形成坯体。为了提高成形速率,高压注浆成形工艺应运而生。随着生产的发展,高压注浆过程中的操作压力不断升高,甚至达到了20 MPa。注浆过程中泥浆颗粒运动到模具工作面,并依次沉积,形成一定强度的坯体。高压注浆成型工艺的出现,对模具的抗压强度提出了更高的要求。传统的石膏模具表面孔径大、易堵塞,吸水分离性能差,强度低,已经难以满足高压注浆生产的需要。因此研究和开发新的模具材料就显得尤为重要,而抗压强度是决定其适用性的最佳指标。

grouting method forming is usually  useed in sanitary ceramics products.  The traditional grouting method is to pure mud into the mould,then with the aid of mould capillary suction,the mud is dewated and form the body.In order to improve the forming rate,high pressure injection forming process arises at the historic moment.With the development of production,operating pressure in high pressure injection forming is always rising,almostly reaching 20MPa.Mud particle move to the mold working face and in turn deposit in grouting process,forming a certain intensity of  body.The appearance of high pressure grouting molding process request the mold need more higher compressive strength.The traditional gypsum mould have large surface aperture,easily blocked,poor water separation performance and low strength,so it can not meet the needs of the production of the high pressure grouting.Therefor,it is very important to research and development new mould material,and the compressive strength is the best indicators of its applicability.
