请教；这怎么理解？平衡温度是初始温度的二分子一

We started our microcanonical MD simulations with optimized coordinates and with the initial temperature of T0. Since the total energy is constant during the simulation, the average temperature after the system reaches equilibrium should be T0 /2 if the system stays in the harmonic limit. In the case of exploring the unharmonic regime, the average equilibrium temperature would stay below T0 /2. Such a deviation from the value that was based on the equipartition theorem indicates an onset of a phase transition or a so-called melting although the transitions are not sharp in small systems. 本人当初热力学和统计物理学的就不好，这么多年基本不用这些知识，这个结果不知道怎么得来的？模拟的对象是团簇，孤立体系 [ Last edited by aaq2800 on 2012-10-31 at 16:26 ] |
