Dear Author,

Please find the galley proofs of your above-mentioned article from ZAAC, together with a reprint order form, attached to this e-mail as a PDF file which can be viewed using Acrobat Reader 4.
. Please correct your galley proofs, fill out the order form, and return them both within 4 days.

Please note that once your manuscript appears on-line, it is "published"! Any changes that need to be made after this time will be published as corrigenda.

2. Please check the galley proofs very carefully, paying particular attention to graphics and tables. Note that the author is liable for damages arising from incorrect statements, including misprints.

3. Please limit corrections to errors already in the text; costs incurred for any further changes or additions may be charged to the author, unless such changes have been agreed with the editor.

4. Please return the galley proofs and the reprint order form by fax () or e-mail ( to the EDITORIAL OFFICE.

第一次发文章吧。恭喜！
看来proof已经发给你了。
proof是出版社人员（编辑也会帮你改）在出版前让你确认你的文章有没有什么错误，比如作者，单位，基金，最后检查一遍。一般情况下编辑和出版人员会帮你改改英语小问题，也可能有专业表达小问题，你只要表示同意就可以了。当然你自己仔细检查几次，如果有问题，告诉他们。

例如：我的一篇文章，他们把我的图片弄错了（图1 2 一模一样），找到错误，告诉之，等等吧…………
