求助审稿人这个问题该如何回答?急,在线等!

审稿意见如下: In the 1st line of page 6, the authors suggested that no defect were observed at the junction from the HRTEM of the junction. However, one cannot claim the nonexistence of defects merely from HRTEM. In fact, edge dislocation may easily observed by the HRTEM, while the screw dislocation may not. Therefore, the authors need more evidence to prove their conclusion. According to Jin and co-workers, they used a Diffraction Contrast TEM (DCTEM) to suggest the existence of defect. (Jin et al, Science 2008, 320, 1060) 我从来没有过这个DCTEM,也不想再加了,能否将原文里的肯定的说法""No defects are observed at the junction.删掉.然后强调the screw dislocation need further characterization. 这样审稿人能认可吗？ |
