I like fruits and vegetable very much. For the most of the fish, chichen,duck and pork  etc, I cant do them very well. But if someone can do it best and very delicious I also like it very much!

For me I am very like cooking the scrambled eggs with tomato. Its not only  very easy to cook but also very delicious and nutrient. I think it must the most common and usually eat dish in many of the family. I dont know if you also like it?

but the hottest chilli of the world comes from UK the name is Naga Viper (hot index: 1.36 million)
first runner up is Indian devil (hot index: 1 million)

The hot index is obtained by diluting chilli sauce with pure water for how many time until the hotness is neutralised.

I like to eat fish because my mother cook them delicious, only from my words, you may not feel that. I have already tried to cook them so many times, but don't know how, i couldn't do like my mum's feeling. My mum always says because i ate so many fish she cook, so how clever i am now. So i think the truly precious thing is mum's heart and love.

My current favorite dish is  sichuan cuisine. particularly fish-flavored pork, kungbao chicken. but i have no idea about how to cook it.
For complete this poster, I introduce the cooking method of sichuan pickles.

prepare tool and vegetable ingredients:
a clean and dry pickle jar.
dozens of hot green pepper.
garlic, ginger, long chunked ternip.

seasoning:
pickles salt.
sorghum liquor.
xanthoxylum seeds  
aniseed.

procedure:
the stock solution from neighbor's already pickles jar. a bowl.
infunde the stock solution to our pickle jar.
pour the sorghum liquor into the jar.
put in xanthoxylum seeds, aniseed.
one layer vegetable ingredients is spreaded , then one layer of salt is covered. then another layer vegetable, and another salt lalyer. repeat.
cover the pickles jar lid, sealing the lid by pouring water. that's all.
I wish friends can understand.

So let's keep on going.
One dish I love most is the Sweet and sour spare rib (or pork chop if you are a meat lover)
To prepare:
egg york, tomato paste, cooking wine, soyabean sauce, corn starch, vinegar, salt, sugar, peanut oil

1  Chop the spare ribs after clean and dry off
2  mix with salt, sugar, soyabean sauce and cooking wine and stir it even, preserve for 20 minutes
3  mix egg york evenly to the preserved spare rib
4  coat the spare ribs with corn starch powder
5  heat peanut oil from warm to hot but not very hot, and dip the spare ribs to fire
6  when the spare rib skin turns to golden yellow
7  another wok to mix tomato paste and sugar and stir fire until bubbles pops, now add back the spare rib and stir, and add vinegar to stir before done

PS
when the spare rib can be pin through with piece of toothpick, means the spare rib is mature and ready to serve.
