What dishes or cuisines you like most ?

Autumn is a fantastic season that has many good food, and our country has many provinces each of them has special dishes so would you please introduce the dishes yo u like most, and if you can describe the ingredients as well as procedure how to cook it, then we will appreciate that. To begin with, my favourite dish is Salmon fish head soup in pot Ingredients: Salmon fish head about 0.8 - 1.0kg ginger slices garlic chops spring onion pieces HuaDiao Wine four spoons Chinese Vinegar Soyabean sauce Cut the fish head into reasonable chops, remove sharp teeth and unwanted gill slightly fire the fish head chops with garlic chops and little peanut oil, purpose to keep it juicy Burn one bowl of water to hot in the pot, put the fired fish head chops along with garlic chops into the pot, and after a while (20 seconds) add all other ingredients. Keep high fire for one minute and change over to low fire and wait for another 15 minutes then the serve it in a big bowl. |

it's cool. the hot index. My current favorite dish is sichuan cuisine. particularly fish-flavored pork, kungbao chicken. but i have no idea about how to cook it. For complete this poster, I introduce the cooking method of sichuan pickles. prepare tool and vegetable ingredients: a clean and dry pickle jar. dozens of hot green pepper. garlic, ginger, long chunked ternip. seasoning: pickles salt. sorghum liquor. xanthoxylum seeds aniseed. procedure: the stock solution from neighbor's already pickles jar. a bowl. infunde the stock solution to our pickle jar. pour the sorghum liquor into the jar. put in xanthoxylum seeds, aniseed. one layer vegetable ingredients is spreaded , then one layer of salt is covered. then another layer vegetable, and another salt lalyer. repeat. cover the pickles jar lid, sealing the lid by pouring water. that's all. I wish friends can understand. |
