Avoid oilly or salty food, drink a glass of warm water the irst thing in the morning.

Aerobic exercises for.at least one hour per day, first 15 minutes is not counted.

And soup of onion as well as series of food will help to lower the blood pressure.

I have knownledge in Chinese Herbal medication is because my father is a Chinese doctor.
And I got HBP because I care not much about eat and drink before, and very little physical exercises, now is better.
