[交流] Health care after festival

Dear fellow members, as the festival is coming near to the end, and we should get prepared back to study or work, but according to the Autumn weather or tradition we ate a lot to celebrate the festivals or during tourings, we had better review our health condition to avoid need of doctor care after then.

Less melons, more nuts - Melons will help to cool out summer heat but in Autumn the temperature contrast within 24 hours span is a bit bigger and if we use too many melon, will result in weakening strength to resist cold. Further more, nuts are good to kidney and is suitable in Autumn to promote kidney activities and get prepared before winter is coming.

Wake up as usual but sleep earlier - after the autumnal equinox (qiufen), daytime is shorter and nightime is longer, so the morning sun comes later than in summer. stay lazy in bed will make us feel weak and further no moving, and a vicious circle will happen. To extent the sleeping hour to fulfill body need, we had better sleep early then in summer.

More physical exercises - Temperature is lower that sweating is not as easy as in summer, but sweating is one way to exhaust toxin from skin and therefore we should perform more physical exercises, it is suggested Aerobic Exercise for more than one hour per day, if you do it seperately, you should deduct the first 15 minutes from each session.
