Will you buy a house for your girl friend? As we all know ,the house in china is becoming more and more expensive,you will have to consider buying a house if you want marry a girl ,but it is a big budget for you ,which means debts in future life .Such as one of my colledge ,they buy a house in beijing that charges one and a half millions , what a expensive house . shall you buy one ? There are some typing errors shown as following: 1. "but is a big budget for you". "it" is missing here. the sentence should be " but it is a big budget for you". 2. "in Bejing that chage one and a half millions", the sentence should be " in Beijing that charges one and a half millions". |

When you two get married or live together. Certainly you have to consider the issue of housing. You need a residence, a house for your tired hearts and bodies after daily work and over the changes in career and maybe in family with years. Especially when you wanna get a baby, other time you decide to buy some furniture, the need for your own house is urgent. And as a man, at the moment you promise a better life and royal love for your wife or wife-to-be before her parents in the wedding, you may think that you will provide her with all that you have and will get. On the other hand, what your GF or wife really needs is not a well decorated house, a car in good price or things alike. Yes, if you make it, that's better. But the most she demands may be a shelter, a warm family, and sense of secrurity coming from you, with your love, your care. If you get married, and the economical conditions are not good enough, you can rent, or buy a second-hand house close to where you or she work. You can make a plan together, not bear all the pressure alone. If she loves you, she'll think about it and cares for your stress. Even if you can not afford a house in a short time by you or you two, and you'll get married within two years, you should take an active attitude before her and her parents when they talk about it. What you can do for her, how you communicate with her will be important in the old's eyes, also in your longer life between you two. I'm an idealist and a liberalist as well. In my imagination only, my wedding can be very simple, but romantic, which i'll not write here. The love, the family or the life can be easy, why bother ourselves so much. |

But now, my boyfriend can't offer me the house, you know, it is too high in shanghai. However I am not dissatisfied with him, because I love him, I love himself. | I have married for nearly one year. My husband don't buy house to me. But I don't care，because I know he love me, what I want is happiness rather than money, house,car etc. Maybe, some girls want a house, but if you can give her your care, your comfort, your encourage.....She is not leaving you, and will be together with you forever. |

Not for your girlfriend, but for your family which is composed of your girlfriend and you. One of my friends said, Buying a house is not a house but the faith in China. You will feel relieved when you have a house called family, though you have to pay the mortgage loan, especially for a woman. But if you feel too hard for the downpayment, to say nothing of the mortgage, I think you need not buy a house now. Just work hard and save money, salary will become more and more you know.And China will be less people and more house, I am sure you can afford your house in the near future. |

Compared to the house bought by one of the couple,I prefer the house which both are responsible for. So long as the husband and wife have the same goal, then they will have more passion for furture than we could image. |

| In my opinion if two people want to marry and go through the rest life togerther,they should bear the large budget of house together.In modern society there is no different between man and woman.What's more a great many families only have one child.So in order to build a new family both people shoud bear some responsibility. |

If the male has such economical power then yes why not. If both of the male and female work and the house will be owned by the couple, it is fair to contribute equal share portion to buy. The situation become complicated when women have baby and quit working and then the loading goes 100% to men side |
