[交流] I am sleepy.

I am really sleepy at about 1 to 2 pm. There is not noon nap here, so I often nodded towards the computer screen again, or have a 2 or 3 minute sleep.

Are you sleepy? or are you sleeping?

Not sleeping well would be hazard to health, but vice versa, there is something wrong inside body to cause the non-sleeping to happen, so you'd better get a body check, before too late.

Ladies will easily get anaemia because of period, the lacking of microelement may result in irritation of nervous system and interrupt sleeping.
Red foods are good to help fixing this, especially red dates (jujube) but you need to remove the pit in advance.

It's the noon now in China. I cannot help getting sleepy now. I will have a siesta in my lab soon, which will last half an hour or so. But after that my arms and legs will get pins and needles. However, it's better than no rest. How to relax your brains and your bodies may depend on individual habits. Someone wears an eyeshade or uses a round pillow; I will just cover my head with my coat exclusively prepared for the siesta everyday when I get asleep.
For you, you may have many things to deal with, or embrace with some clear aims everyday. And you're not willing to spare sometime for a rest from that, or it's not easily allowed. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. The sub-health state may be a warning for your good mood, your efficieny on work, and the most important, your health. I think I put it too far.
Frankly, when a good siesta is not promoted in your office, at least you should not do too intensive mental jobs at noon; you'd better not focus too long. You can take tea more often, pull yourself from the chair and look afar when your eyes come to ache. Sleep early, arrange your time well, be with your family (sorry, is this fit for you?) when free. Maybe it's not too much work but too long time on one thing  that makes you tired.
When you are single, your health is concerned about by your parents every minute; but when you get married, you're the backbone of your family and your health is always cared for by your wife. You weep, she weeps more. Therefore, get a rest when you're tired and work efficiently at the right time.

oh,teacher, you go to sleep late, is that you are so busy that you have to burn midnight oil? maybe you should go to bed earlier. then you will feel little sleepy next noon.
every day, i have a nap at noon, so i am not tired.

I do not think go to bed late is beneficial to your health. You should take  care of yourself. Health is the fundamentality of our body.

haha, you can say that again. I used to go back to my dorm to have a nap, but find it hard to fall asleep, because the room was too bright for me to get into sleep. Then i decided to sleep in my rest room. Bought one throw pillow and an eyeshade online, i find a easy way to take a nap at noon in our rest room. Wish you best luck.
