I am sleepy.

I am really sleepy at about 1 to 2 pm. There is not noon nap here, so I often nodded towards the computer screen again, or have a 2 or 3 minute sleep. Are you sleepy? or are you sleeping?  |

Not sleeping well would be hazard to health, but vice versa, there is something wrong inside body to cause the non-sleeping to happen, so you'd better get a body check, before too late. Ladies will easily get anaemia because of period, the lacking of microelement may result in irritation of nervous system and interrupt sleeping. Red foods are good to help fixing this, especially red dates (jujube) but you need to remove the pit in advance. |
