I have read your note and believe that the urgency criterion is not met. I believe that publication of a full paper would be more appropriate for your work. I regret that we are unable to accept your paper for publication in Electrochemistry Communications. 这意思是这杂志基本不用考虑了呗。。。修改也没用。？
