[交流] corrosion science 被拒，大家看看，还能再投吗？已有8人参与

I regret to inform you that all 3 reviewers of your
manuscript have advised against publication, and I
must therefore reject it.
For your guidance, the reviewers\' comments and some
editor\'s comments are included below.
Although this is a rejected manuscript, I believe that
there are may interesting features in it. Therefore
please note the following:
I am prepared to consider a resubmission of this paper
as a new manuscript provided the problems raised by
the reviewers and editor are addressed directly in the
manuscript. If you do this, please provide an
accompanying letter stating what has been done in the
new manuscript in response to each of the reviewer/
editor comments. If there are comments that you
disagree with, then please provide a robust rebuttal of
those comments. the major problems should be
addressed directly and carefully within the paper.

下面3个审稿人，一个大修，2个拒了，但是其中一个说的根本不是一回事，好像根本没认真看。大家帮看看是修改重投，还是换期刊呢？

该刊一般是2-3个审稿人，如果required reviews completely超过5天，基本上是要求修改，拒稿的话，编辑还会亲自提多条意见，因此required reviews completely状态保持2天左右，编辑给审稿人的时间21天，大约10天就发一次催审信。这个刊物少有的非常负责任的刊物，个人感觉通过编辑这关是影响因子大于3的刊物中最容易的一个。
