I regret to inform you that all 3 reviewers of your manuscript have advised against publication, and I must therefore reject it. For your guidance, the reviewers\' comments and some editor\'s comments are included below. Although this is a rejected manuscript, I believe that there are may interesting features in it. Therefore please note the following: I am prepared to consider a resubmission of this paper as a new manuscript provided the problems raised by the reviewers and editor are addressed directly in the manuscript.
